About Us
Mercer Building Solutions was founded in 2014 by Fraser and Katy Mercer.
Having held executive positions in major construction companies, Fraser as Managing Director, and Katy as Business Development Director their collective experience spans more than 50 years. With a clear, customer focussed vision and attainable strategy for growth, they inspire and lead their team to deliver the best.
The MBS team is competent in all areas of production and construction management, and our site-based workforce consists of skilled trades such as groundworkers, bricklayers, joiners, painters and plasterers. Together with established relationships with specialist subcontractors, suppliers and consultants at both a local and national level, we provide full support from concept through to completion, and handover.
We provide a tailored post-occupation and aftercare service, with a dedicated customer care team on hand to advise and support new occupiers, not only to assist with the initial familiarisation process, but to help with the running of an efficient building for years to come.
