Site-wide infrastructure works included the creation of a new adopted road, along with the installation and connection of utilities and telecoms services. A well-used public right of way was reintegrated into the development using designated footpaths. Several mature trees have been retained providing a natural boundary and habitats for existing wildlife.

The completed homes were handed over to Ashfield District Council for allocation to tenants through their housing register.
