After several months of behind the scenes trialling and testing, we are excited to streamline our activities through the introduction of new project management software, FONN.
Our investment into this cloud-based software will work hand-in-hand with our ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 accredited management system to bring many efficiencies to the way we do things, such as:
- The initiative handling of drawings and documents, ensuring a seamless flow of crucial information.
- Clear delivery objectives through a defined scope of works inline with our 168-point quality control checklist.
- Ability to log, monitor and close out snags, even while offline.
- The utilisation of customised SHEQ forms and document to capture and monitor essential field information.
- Scalable and configurable management tools.
