The conversion and refurbishment of an dilapidated building to provide modern, independent living apartments and ancillary management facilities.

Existing internal layouts were reconfigured to create 8nr apartments, each with a lounge, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and individual wet-room.
Alterations were made to internal and external areas and included:
- Replacement roof joists and tiles.
- Full strip-out and re-decoration.
- Front porch extension.
- Replacement of existing conservatory, with a brick built extension on the same footprint.
- New windows and internal doors.
Excavations for ducting, service alterations and slab for a garden shed. - New plumbing and drainage.
- Full electrical re-wire, including the provision of EV charging points.
