The festive season is always a special time across our sites, and this year we were delighted to deliver a wide range of activities that brought joy, support and connection to the residents and communities we work alongside.
One of our biggest celebrations was our free annual festive raffle, where every resident living on our active schemes was automatically entered at no cost. Across all sites, some winners received a luxury Christmas hamper whilst others received shopping vouchers, helping to make the season a little brighter for households during December.
We were also proud to continue our support for the Bellamy Estate community in Mansfield. As part of their much‑loved festive lunch, we provided a range of Christmas gifts for attending residents. For local children, we donated selection boxes to be given out during the Bellamy “Polar Express” themed Santa’s Grotto event, helping create a magical festive experience for families in the area.
Our festive contributions extended to Thurmaston too, where we worked closely with the church next to site to install a dedicated electricity supply for their Christmas lights. This allowed the church to illuminate its grounds throughout December and host seasonal gatherings for the local community, creating a welcoming, festive atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.
These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting the communities we work in — not just through construction, but by helping to create memorable moments, strengthening connections and bringing joy during the times of year that matter most.
