The new build construction of a single, two-storey dwelling in the grounds of an existing property.
This was an “upside down” house, complete with personal passenger lift between the two floors. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom, study and utility room on the ground floor, and a master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and living kitchen-diner on the second floor.
A double garage was constructed in the courtyard, fully glazed gable to maximise the rural views.
